When your people thrive, so does your business. This is the simple idea from which culture consulting firm Compass was born. Since its inception, Compass has supported leadership coaching and team culture through workshops, retreats, and training for companies including Coca-Cola, AT&T, Harvard, Penn State, and Nike, to name a few.
Launched in the spring of 2020 as the world became “work-from-home until further notice,” D&S partnered with founders Bert Bean and Steve Wasik to develop the brand strategy, identity, and design/build/launch of their website. With the launch came an anthemic brand video, a robust suite of sales materials, and a badass collection of merch that actually made culture consulting cool.
