Worldwide staffing leader Insight Global enlisted us to design the “Be The Light” bus tour, to support the company in living out their purpose and values, to be the light by connecting people with opportunities. The heart of this endeavor mobile career center (I.e., the BTL Bus), carefully crafted for individuals in underserved communities, offering them invaluable support in building resumes, refining interview skills, and establishing connections with hiring managers for potential job opportunities. This was one of our favorite projects to date and we are honored to have played a role in helping IG empower and enrich the lives of so many.
From conceptualization to execution, D&S played a vital role in shaping every aspect of this project. We sparked the initial idea, thoughtfully conceptualized and designed the aesthetics, ambiance, functionality and overall guest experience. Bringing this concept to life involved meticulous design considerations for the bus itself and all key touch-points that every attendee would encounter.
Teaming up with BeCore and Insight Global made for an awesome collaboration and incredible project. D&S is thrilled to have been an integral part of bringing this transformative vision to life through the creative lens of thoughtful bus and footprint design, and attendee experience helping to reshape careers and profoundly impact lives.
